Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure the service can be completed fully. More than 15 minutes late and your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled to manage time for the next clients appointment. After any cancellation you may be required to make a deposit for all future appointments. If I’m ever more than 15 minutes late I will discount your service.  24 hours notice is required if canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a deposit for future appointments or you may not be able to book with me in the future. There are no exemptions including being sick, mixing up times/dates, etc.  If you’re wanting to book a date that is further out (important dates, work event, etc) please email or message me here and I will get back to you with in 24 hours.
